Oakland Township holds recycling every Saturday in the parking lot of the Parks & Police Building. The hours are 9 a.m. through Noon.

WASTE MANAGEMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERING THE RECYCLING BIN EACH SATURDAY. The only time we would cancel a particular recycling date would be if it landed on an event day (example: Tree Sale; Clean Scene, or Goodison Good Tyme). If the bin is not there, you may call Waste Management at 248-334-9444 to lodge a complaint.

Items accepted:

• #1 and #2 PLASTIC
• NEWSPAPERS - NO MAGAZINES ARE ACCEPTED
• CLEAR GLASS
• TIN CANS w/o LABELS
