Burning permits are available at the Oakland Township administrative office located at 4393 Collins Road. The cost for a burning permit is $3.00 and expires on December 31st of each year. Only yard waste such as leaves, twigs, and branches can be burned. The burning of construction debris, tires, or garbage is strictly prohibited.

Please be courteous of your neighbors and follow all requirements on the permit.
