The fire prevention division is under the supervision of Fire Fighter Corey Sroka who has been serving as the Fire Prevention Coordinator since 2005. Their function is to provide fire safety programs to children in the local schools, Scout Troops, church groups, and other organizations in Oakland Township. On average more than 900 students receive instruction on an annual basis.
