This 90-acre park was acquired in October 2005, with a generous portion of its value donated by Lee and Jean Draper. Opened to the public July 23, 2006, its rolling topography, shoreline, wetlands, and farmland are located between Inwood and Parks Roads, west of Dequindre.

The park has great potential for recreational activities, including shore fishing, cross country skiing, hiking, and horseback riding. Its mowed paths provide excellent routes for bird and wildlife observation, including hawks, sandhill cranes (the tallest bird in Michigan), wild turkey and white-tailed deer. A local farmer currently leases the north field; please stay on the mowed trail in this area. Limited parking is available near the intersection of Hadden and Inwood Roads, or near the park maintenance garage on Inwood Road.
