The third season’s first concert in our two-concert series features a unique group of eight Detroit Symphony Orchestra musicians. CutTime Playerswill present high-quality transcriptions of famous works including:
  • Vivaldi's Spring from The Four Seasons

Representing an orchestral cross-section with violin, string bass, flute, clarinet, bassoon, trumpet, trombone and percussion, this group offers dramatic works, insightful introductions, heart-felt interpretations, and disarming humor to audiences statewide. Many surprises await you as this versatile ensemble magically recreates everything from the powerful sounds of a full symphony orchestra to a cool jazz band.
