Romance through the Ages at Cranberry Lake Farm
Join us for our special Cooking, Crafts, and Culture program Romance through the Ages night at Cranberry Lake Farm! Feb. 15, 2018
Back by popular demand, this special Valentine’s Day program will be offered at two times on Thursday February 15, 2018 from 5pm to 6:45 and from 7pm-8:45pm. Program will be held in the Main House at Cranberry Lake Farm Historic District, 388 W. Predmore Road in Oakland Township.
Did you know crepes date back to the 1100s?
Pastry chef Pam Gustairs, will be on site teaching guests how to make the Crepe, France’s delectable staple. Chef Pam will demonstrate how easy it is to make your own crepes, and how much fun you can have experimenting with the endless varieties of delicious fillings. Students will each have the opportunity to experience making and filling their own crepe.
Guests will also enjoy making their own vintage-style card while enjoying the history of courtship and romantic traditions slide show presentation by Gail Sanderson.
Participant fee is $15 for Oakland Township residents and $17 for all others.
