Join us for our first ever Romance Through the Ages night at Cranberry Lake Farm!
This special program will be held Thursday, February 9th – right before Valentine’s Day - from 7pm to 9pm in the Main House at Cranberry Lake Farm, 388 W. Predmore Rd.
Chef Pam Gustairs will be on site teaching guests how to make homemade cream puffs. There will be samples and take-home recipe cards included! Guests will also have the opportunity to craft their own vintage-style card.
Chef Pam Gustairs, has been working in the culinary field since graduating from Schoolcraft Culinary School in 2006. Over the past 12 years she has taught at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial, The Community House, Village Club, Williams-Sonoma, Fox 2, and throughout Metro Detroit. She continues to increase her culinary skills through local catering work with other skilled local chefs, active membership in the American Culinary Federation, extensive research of cooking publications, and sampling the best dining around Detroit, nationally and internationally.
Come learn about the fascinating history of romantic traditions, courting rituals and lesser known facets of our past - while listening to tunes from Victorian parlor days.
Guests will enjoy a signature non-alcoholic beverage, also called a “mocktail.”
